With over 40 years in travel and hundreds of experts ready to help you realise your dream holiday.
Located on a private island, accessible via luxury yacht, speedboat or seaplane, One&Only Reethi Rah offers everything you could possibly want from a Maldives holiday. In addition to having 12 white-sand beaches, this all-villa resort is surrounded by the clear waters of the Indian Ocean and has direct access to some of the country’s very best coral reefs. What’s more, you’ll be able to enjoy relaxing facials and restorative massages at the plush spa, recharge with a yoga session in the overwater Chi Pavilion, and indulge in delectable cuisine at any of the seven bars and restaurants.
One&Only Reethi Rah is a great choice if you’ve got the kids in tow – this resort is very much family friendly. Designed specifically for young travellers, the fun and free KidsOnly club lets those aged four to nine snorkel with manta rays, learn to make sushi and play dress-up – all under the watchful eyes of certified councillors. Meanwhile, nine to 11-year-olds get their own club – OneTribe – where they can enjoy tonnes of activities, including sailing lessons, arts and crafts, mini discos and more.
A stay at One&Only Reethi Rah can be as relaxing or as lively as you like. If all you want to do is laze in a hammock or lie on the beach, you can certainly do that here – but if you’re someone who prefers to keep active, you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied. There are obviously heaps of water adventures to be had, but there are also various sports to be enjoyed over at OneClub, art and pottery classes run by resident artists, 44 hectares of tropical paradise to explore on foot or by bike – plus seaplane excursions can always be arranged.
Serving Japanese cuisine with a Peruvian twist, this stylish restaurant is open for dinner every day. Located inside an overwater pavilion, its striking centrepiece is an oversized granite and stainless-steel sushi counter.
Headed up by Australian chef Brent Savage, Botanica is a garden-to-table restaurant with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce. Most of the ingredients used are sourced from the chef’s garden and the surrounding ocean.
Split into three sections, Reethi offers a range of distinct dining experiences. Enjoy fine French fare in Earth, sample fresh seafood and authentic Italian flavours in Aqua, or tuck into various Asian cuisines in Fire.
Open daily from 12-4:30pm, this poolside eatery serves up rustic Italian fare. With everything from pizza and pasta to snacks and sandwiches, it’s the perfect place for a long, lazy lunch.
This al fresco gem on the north side of the island opens at 6pm every day so you can sip cocktails while watching the sunset. From 7pm you can enjoy an array of Middle Eastern dishes, like chicken shawarma and lamb tagine.
Complete with private cabanas, double-sized sun beds and rattan swings – not to mention incredible views of the Indian Ocean – the chic Beach Club serves lunch from 12:30-4pm and then offers nibbles until 7pm.
During the day, this relaxed poolside bar serves up healthy salads and smoothies but, come evening, it transforms into a buzzing cocktail bar. Open until 1am, it’s the place to go to dance barefoot on the sand.
Beautifully designed by architect Jean-Michel Gathy, all of Reethi Rah’s villas allow for unrestricted ocean access, while some come with their own pool and others with a private stretch of sand for you to sink your toes into. Vaulted ceilings, elegant furnishings and neutral hues complement the natural setting, creating the sense of calm you expect on a Maldives getaway.
