Hotel Overview

Rocky Mountain retreat

Banff Caribou Lodge sits within hiking distance of Tunnel Mountain, Snow Peak and Mount Norquay in Banff National Park. It’s also just south of the Trans-Canada Highway, so it’s ideal if you’re on a cross-country road trip to see Canada’s most scenic spots. Wander just outside of town and you’ll find the Cave and Basin National Historic Site, just a 40-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away. Hot mineral springs and natural cave pools are just waiting to be discovered here.

Close to civilisation

While the stunning natural world is at your fingertips, Banff Caribou Lodge is also close to civilisation – so you’ll have the best of both worlds. Use your complimentary Banff Roam bus pass to reach Cascade Shopping Centre, five minutes away, where you’ll find plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Or you could take one of the lodge’s rental bikes and cycle down. Tour Banff Park Museum and the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies while you’re there, to get a feel for the area’s history.

Fantastic facilities

Don’t fancy venturing out? You’ll have everything you need for a blissful break at the lodge. Opt for a treatment or massage in the on-site spa, or go for a swim in the heated pool. You can also spend time detoxing in the steam room, or work up a sweat by getting active in the fitness room. And when you get hungry, meals for every palate can be found at The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, as well as premium spirits, wines, beer and cocktails.

Rooms & Suites
