Overview

From the glittering neon lights of Sin City to the dazzling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, a holiday to Las Vegas and Cancun is sure to be filled with plenty of sun and a whole lot of fun.

Touch down in Nevada and get ready to experience the fun-filled city of Las Vegas. Famous for its nightlife, wedding chapels, casinos and a multitude of luxury hotels, Sin City is over-the-top in the best way possible. By day, you can party by the pool or take in otherworldly nearby sights, like the Grand Canyon and Death Valley. And, by night, you can watch the city come to life. Take your pick of restaurants and bars, see the Bellagio fountains dance, and hit the casino floors for a spot of poker.

After a few days of excess, make for Mexico and the warm water of Cancun’s Caribbean Sea. Soak up the sunshine, feast on authentic Mexican cuisine, and discover ancient Mayan relics.

Day 1-5

Las Vegas

Known the world over for its nightlife, casinos and outlandish hotels, Vegas really has to be seen to be believed. You’ll be spoiled for choice on where to stay. If you’re looking for an iconic spot, look no further than the Bellagio with its vast lake and sky-high fountains. For somewhere a little more quirky, check out New York New York Hotel, where you’ll be surrounded by replicas of NYC’s famous landmarks and even an onsite rollercoaster. For something a bit more modern check out ARIA, complete with state-of-the-art technology and three swimming pools.

Book a day trip to Death Valley, or enjoy a breathtaking helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon. After dark, you can experience the glitz and glamour of Vegas. Place your bets in one of the many casinos, wine and dine at world-class restaurants, and embrace the night time entertainment on offer – you might even spot an Elvis or two!

Day 5-15

Cancun Riviera

Located on Mexico’s Caribbean Coast, Cancun is the perfect destination to recharge and unwind after a few blowout days in Sin City. The sea is crystal-clear, the white-sand beaches are powder-soft, and the authentic Mexican cuisine is world-class.

With family-friendly hotels, boutique boltholes and luxury resorts lining the beaches between Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, you’ll be spoilt for choice. If you want to keep the Vegas vibes alive, Cancun has a ‘strip’ of its own with plenty of late-night bars and clubs to satisfy your inner party animal. Or, for a more serene experience head south to the resorts on the Riviera Maya and Tulum. This part of Mexico is famous for its Mayan ruins so, if you can tear yourself away from the pool, we’d recommend taking a day to explore the epic temples at Chichen Itza, or the perfectly placed ruins overlooking the beach in Tulum.
