NEW CUSTOMERS

Vouchers can only be used on package bookings (i.e. Flight and Hotel), and will entitle the lead passenger to £250 off the total cost of their booking provided each passenger on the booking is a new customer to Travelbag.
The voucher discount is only applicable to bookings over £2,000, and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
Only one voucher discount code can be used per booking.
Each code is unique and can only be redeemed once.
In order to redeem a voucher, the new customer who has been referred by an existing customer must supply the agent with their unique voucher code at the time of booking, and provide proof that they received the voucher code from the existing customer who was the original recipient of the voucher from Travelbag.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

When a new customer uses a unique voucher code that was referred by an existing customer, the existing customer will receive £250 credit with Travelbag. The maximum amount of credit an existing customer can accrue from voucher referrals is £750.
In order to redeem a voucher, the customer must supply the agent with their unique voucher code at the time of booking, and provide proof of the voucher.
Credit accrued by an existing customer through their voucher referrals will be applied to a new booking made by the existing customer. If further credit is accrued by an existing customer before their balance payment is due, the additional credit can be applied to the balance payment. Alternatively, those credits can be redeemed over multiple bookings by the existing customer.
Travelbag will inform an existing customer each time one of their referral codes is redeemed by a new customer and credit has been accrued.
Credits are only applicable to package bookings (i.e. Flight and Hotel) over £2,000, and the credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
All credits accrued by an existing customer are personal to the customer and non-transferrable.
