Enjoy three nights in glamorous Abu Dhabi before embarking on a wonderful eight-day trip around the northeast corner of South Africa. Thoroughly contemporary and yet deeply traditional, Abu Dhabi is a city of contrasts on the edge of the Arabian Desert. You’ll be staying at the four-star Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri – the only four-star hotel in the city with its own private beach, complete with plush cabanas and swinging day beds. Part of the Qaryat Al Beri complex, the hotel shares facilities with the neighbouring Shangri-La, so you’ll have access to multiple fine-dining restaurants and the luxurious CHI, The Spa.  The second stop on your adventure will be the sprawling city of Johannesburg – the second largest in South Africa. From here, you will spend a week travelling through spectacular scenery, and attempting to spot the infamous Big Five, as you make your way along the magnificent Panorama Route, across the border to Swaziland and down the Elephant Coast towards Durban.
