Day 1: Arrive in Calgary
Arrive in the city of Calgary where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. In the evening you can meet with your fellow travellers for a Welcome Reception.

Day 2: Calgary - Banff
Check out Calgary Tower in the morning before departing for Banff in the depths of the Canadian Rockies. Indulge in the local tastes tonight with beer tasting and dinner at the Banff Ave Brewing Co. before a tour of the brewery.

Day 3: Banff
Ride aboard the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain where you can marvel at the stunning views of the Canadian Rockies. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps take a visit of The Fairmont Banff Springs or explore the streets of the town of Banff.

Day 4: Icefields Parkway - Jasper
Traverse the impressively scenic Icefields Parkway, viewing expanses of glacier, serene lakes, and abundant wildlife. Head to the charming Lake Louise and stop at Athabasca Glacier to cross the vast icy formation in an Ice Explorer en route to Jasper. Feast on a local barbecue dinner tonight before being led through the wilderness for a late night exploration by a local guide who will teach you about the indigenous wildlife.

Day 5: Jasper
Spend the day at leisure to discover Jasper on your own. Perhaps take an exhilarating Harley Davidson Motorcycle Sidecar Tour; set off on a thrilling Maligne Valley Wildlife experience; or go rafting on the Athabasca River, while watching out for any of the indigenous wildlife found along the way.

Day 6: Jasper - Blue River/ Jasper – Kamloops
Travel from Jasper National Park to Blue River today, where shimmering lakes, rushing rivers, and cascading waterfalls are backed by dense wilderness. After settling in to your accommodation, enjoy a calm dining experience by the river where you can talk with your fellow travellers and meet the locals. An alternative route for the day sees you hopping aboard the Rocky Mountaineer and blaze a trail across the beautiful sceneries as you pass Mt Robson and Pyramid Falls before arriving at your destination of Kamloops in the afternoon.

Day 7: Blue River – Vancouver/ Kamloops – Vancouver
Head through glacially-fed, jade-coloured waters on a thrilling River Safari through Grizzly Bear Valley where grizzly and black bears are often spotted. Head out from Blue River to the city of Vancouver, one of the world’s most beautiful and liveable locations. Spend today at leisure to relax or explore what this vibrant place has to offer. The alternative route sees you climb back on board the Rocky Mountaineer for another day of beautiful views as you depart Kamloops and continue on towards the Pacific Ocean via Hells Gate and the Fraser Canyon before reaching the buzzing city of Vancouver.

Day 8: Vancouver
The coastal city of Vancouver is one of the most beautiful and welcoming cities in the world, the pleasantness of the sights surpassed only by the hospitality of its inhabitants. Spend the day at your leisure, perhaps relaxing atop one of the many logs that adorn English Bay or take a scenic stroll through Chinatown.

Day 9: Vancouver - Whistler
This morning, embark on a guided tour of Vancouver’s main attractions including the Waterfront, Gastown, Granville Island and Stanley Park. After the tour, you will head out of the city along the Sea to Sky Highway, arriving in the alpine ski resort of Whistler in the afternoon. After settling in to your hotel - a modern alpine retreat situated on the edge of Whistler Village - the evening is then yours to enjoy as you wish. Take the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the gorgeous surroundings and take in some of the evening ambiance.

Day 10: Whistler - Victoria
Enjoy your morning at Whistler Golf Club for breakfast, looking out over the course, keeping an eye out for foraging bears. Take a scenic floatplane flight across the Georgia Strait to the capital of British Columbia, Victoria, or alternatively travel to Horseshoe Bay where you can ride a ferry to Vancouver Island, and from there travel via coach to Victoria. Once in Victoria you can familiarise yourself with the area on a sightseeing tour before checking in to your accommodation with your evening also at leisure.

Day 11: Victoria
Spend the morning at your leisure, relaxing at your hotel or exploring the city of Victoria. Some optional activities include a whale watching excursion or riding in a horse-drawn carriage. Afterwards, weave through the glorious Butchart Garden’s intricate floral designs and enchanting gardens. Spend the evening enjoying a Farewell Dinner in the former Butchart family residence with your tour director and fellow adventurers.

Today you will head over to Vancouver for your  seven night cruise on a Holland America Line Ship as you cross the Inside Passage.
