Day 1: Darwin – Litchfield National Park, Mary River Region
Leave Darwin in the early morning for the trip to Litchfield National Park, where you’ll be given the chance to admire the many waterfalls and investigate intriguing magnetic termite mounds. Take a dip in the pools at Florence and Wangi Falls before meeting your indigenous hosts to gain an insight into the culture of the Aboriginal people. Travel on to your private campsite for the evening for a night in either a permanent tent or a hotel room.

Day 2: Mary River Region – Kakadu National Park
Rise early for a two-hour private cruise to spot a vast array of wildlife, including crocodiles and buffalo, before continuing off-road to two of the icons of Kakadu; the Twin and Jim Jim Falls. Having had chance to explore your surroundings, continue on to your comfortable campsite or hotel room within the park.

Day 3: Kakadu National Park – Darwin
Witness stunning views from the Nawurlandja lookout before heading for Ubirr, where there is the opportunity to view a wide range of Aboriginal art and to climb the Nadab Lookout to take in the impressive panoramic views. After lunch, examine the birdlife at the Mamukala Wetlands before arriving back at your hotel in Darwin.

Day 4: Darwin – Katherine
Start your adventure through the Territory via the Nitmiluk National Park, where you’ll be able to admire the many gorges carved away over time by the Katherine River before staying overnight at a nearby campsite.

Day 5: Katherine – Banka Banka
Enjoy the perfect start to the day with a soak in the thermal pools at Mataranka before paying a visit to the famous Daly Waters Pub – a long-standing resting point for weary travellers for many years. Continuing on to the famous Banka Banka Cattle Station, you’ll bed down and camp for the night.

Days 6 & 7: Banka Banka – Alice Springs
Passing through Tennant Creek, you’ll see the famous Devils Marbles, a pair of huge granite stones, as you head for Alice Springs, where the following day will be yours to enjoy at your leisure. Hotel accommodation on both days is included.

Day 8: Alice Springs – Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Enjoy an 'optional' camel ride at a camel farm as you continue to head south from Alice Springs before stopping at the Mount Ebenezer Roadhouse to cast an eye over a number of Aboriginal artefacts. Following lunch, learn more about Aboriginal law at the Cultural Centre within Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park before a guided walk around the base of Ayers Rock, which ends with the chance to enjoy wine and nibbles as the sun goes down. Stay overnight in permanent tents at a private campsite.

Day 9: Uluru (Ayers Rock) – Kings Creek Station
Having watched the sun rise over Uluru, drive on to Kata Tjuta for a walk in the Valley of the Winds before heading for Kings Creek Cattle Station and the campsite where you will stop for the night. Enjoy stunning views over the George Gill Ranges before a campfire dinner.

Day 10: Kings Canyon – Alice Springs
Take a guided walk to see the stunning sights found within Kings Canyon, including the Lost City – so named for the rock formations that resemble the remains of an Aztec city – and the natural spring known as the Garden of Eden. On arrival in Alice Springs in the early evening, make your own way to the airport for the journey home.
