Overview

Stretching from Johannesburg to Durban, this scenic eight-day journey will take you through some of South Africa’s most spectacular landscapes while you spot wildlife and explore cultural traditions along the way.

You’ll be captivated by epic views as you travel along the Panorama Route, stopping off at cascading waterfalls and far-reaching viewpoints along Blyde River Canyon. And you’ll savour sundowners as you gaze over the vivid turquoise depths of Lake Jozini after travelling high into the Ubombo Mountains.

Experience the exhilaration of game drives through two of South Africa’s major reserves – spotting magnificent wildlife amid wildly beautiful landscapes – in addition to the exceptional biodiversity of the lagoons, beaches, grasslands, and dune forests of UNESCO World Heritage iSimangaliso Wetland Park.

And it doesn’t stop with wildlife. You’ll also pay a visit to the tiny Royal Kingdom of Swaziland, perched high in the mountains, where you’ll learn about Swazi traditions and see arts and crafts being created. You’ll also stop off at a Zulu homestead to see authentic culture and day-to-day life.

This is an unforgettable trip that will whet your appetite and leave you longing to return to South Africa to discover more.
