Overview

Sit back and relax, as you travel through the spectacular scenery of South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe on this luxurious four-day rail tour.

Imagine the romance: a beautifully refurbished Edwardian-style train, peacefully snaking through Africa’s vast and stunning scenery. As the evening falls, you’ll dress up in your best clothes for fine dining and fabulous wine pairings.

Rovos Rail offers some of the most spacious train suites in the world, each with their own ensuite bathroom and modern comforts. The observation carriages have larger windows and open-air balconies so that you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere and relish the epic views even more.

A stop at Hwange National Park offers the excitement of a game drive where you’ll have the opportunity to spot giraffe, lion, wild dogs, zebra and some of the 40, 000 elephants. The terrain in the park ranges from desert-like dune, to open savannah and dense woodlands, rocky outcrops and sparse forests.

This leisurely meandering journey will see you make memories that will last a lifetime.
