Nothing can compare to seeing the Red Centre with your own eyes. Spend three days in the region, using Ayers Rock Resort as your base to head out and explore your surrounds with your group. Be amazed by the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over Uluru, take in the majestic sights at Kings Canyon and amazing rock formations of the Kata Tjuta's. Go off the beaten track with your driver guide and immerse yourself in the regions sacred history and learn about the Aboriginal people.
This morning visit Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre and your driver guide will take you on a tour around the base of the Uluru. In the afternoon you will come up close to Australia’s world-renowned rock formations. Take the Kuniya Walk where you’ll be escorted to the mystical Mutitjulu Waterhole and get the chance to view Indigenous rock art. Late afternoon you will experience the striking colour changes of Uluru as the sun sets over the world’s largest monolith.
Overnight – Outback Pioneer Hotel, Desert Gardens Hotel or Sails in the Desert Hotel
Journey through sandhill country towards Kings Canyon and stop for breakfast at Kings Creek Station before making your way up the rocky path to the rim of the canyon, from here you can marvel at the views over Watarrka National Park. As you follow the route along the canyon rim stop to look down into the gorge at several lookout points. The rim walk takes around 3 hours to complete so an alternative option which is a more genital route along the blouder-strewn canyon creek is an option for group members looking for a more relaxed walk.

On your last morning in the red centre enjoy the Uluru sunrise and then travel onto the conglomerate rock formations of Kata Tjuta (The Olgas). You will walk through the Walpa Gorge which follows the natural creek bed between two of the tallest red-rock domes of Kata Tjuta.
