The restaurants at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley are exclusive to guests and offer one-of-a-kind menus, championing local, seasonal ingredients and speciality farmers. Breakfast and dinner are served at the resort’s signature restaurant, The Wolgan Dining Room. Located in the main homestead, dishes here feature fresh farm produce and ingredients from the resort’s own garden. The Country Kitchen serves up a relaxed three-course lunch and delicious midday snacks. You can finish off the day at the Valley Bar and Terrace with a signature gin cocktail or local craft beer, complete with a roaring fire and sweeping views  of the valley below.
