Argentina & Antarctica Highlights

Argentina is a country that you can’t help but admire and fall in love with once visited. A truly instant relationship develops between you and the country’s infectious Latin flair and extraordinary diversity.

The country is also full of natural wonders such as the breath-taking Iguassu Falls on the Argentine-Brazilian border whereby you can watch as the water crashes into the ravine below surrounded by amazing rainforest. Sample Argentinian cuisine such as a perfectly-seared steak in Cordoba or sample the fine wines that are produced in the country from the vineyards of Mendoza.

Alternatively, you can sample Argentine culture with a lesson in tango at a Buenos Aires club. There is something for everyone to do here while in the extreme south of the country you can witness one of the truly great sights of the Latin American region. The marvellous glaciers of the Patagonia region are a sight that cannot be missed.

A trip to Argentina also offers up the opportunity to explore more than just the mainland of South America. There is an historic and unforgettable opportunity to venture to the southernmost continent on Earth – Antarctica.
