Named after the coco de mer palm tree which is found in the surrounding tropical forests, this retreat is a tropical haven. Set amid 200 acres by the edge of the Indian Ocean, the hotel has forest-covered mountains on one side and glorious sunsets on the other. You can reach Coco de Mer Hotel by taxi from Praslin Island Airport in just 15 minutes. It’s also a 15-minute flight or 45-minute speedboat trip from the main island of Mahé.
