Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu demonstrates its clear commitment to protecting its natural environment. Only glass bottles are used across the resort to cut harmful plastic waste, and all seafood served is either pole- or line-caught to stop ‘ghost nets’ harming local marine life. The resort is also a champion for local Maldivian produce. Many of the fruits, vegetables, spices and herbs are grown in the island’s own gardens. And, wherever possible, supplies are sourced from local producers to keep the Maldives’ economy strong.
