Dubai Holidays

Dubai. Easy as pie.

A thriving and extravagant desert destination and a dazzling cityscape with towering skyscrapers, manufactured islands and white sand beaches - Dubai holidays serve luxury with clear sea vistas and year-round sunshine to tempt just about anyone. Dubai breaks offer plenty of record-breaking attractions, from the world’s tallest building - the Burj Khalifa – to the biggest mall on the planet and plenty of luxury resorts. Dubai is a travel daydream. Whether you’re looking for a romantic trip, that much-needed family break or an all-inclusive holiday to Dubai, our Travel Specialists can make getting out there easy.

Located in the heart of the Arabian Desert, Dubai is famous for its glamorous lifestyle. Indulgent and exceptional, you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to stay, with Dubai hotels and five-star resorts offering gourmet and Michelin-starred restaurants alongside grand suites and soothing spas. Take luxury and ease to another level with an all-inclusive resort, where you can enjoy all your meals and drinks for a more affordable price. And, stepping outside, you’ll find holidays in Dubai offer plenty of things to do, too.

A modern oasis fringed by the Arabian Gulf, holidays to Dubai can be as busy or relaxing as you like. And, thanks to the short flight time - direct flights take only seven hours - getting here is easy. Once in Dubai, whether for a few days or weeks, you’ll never be short of things to do. From land and sea adventures to lavish designer stores, the finest dining and unmissable nightlife, not forgetting the culture-soaked atmosphere. Dubai holidays offer plenty for families and visitors of all ages. If you want to extend your Dubai holiday, why not visit Abu Dhabi? The capital of the UAE is just a 90-minute drive along the coast. How about making tracks for Ras Al Khaimah? Known for its beautiful beaches and spectacular scenery, it’s also only 90 minutes from Dubai, in the northern part of the UAE.

Two countries in one trip? Easy. Make the most of your time away with two or even three destinations. Enjoy a Dubai multi-centre holiday when you stop off before journeying to the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Mauritius or Thailand. Not many destinations have grown from unknown to iconic as fast as Dubai, and with its impressive cityscape, camel-topped dunes and unsurpassed beaches, Dubai lives up to its name as the City of Gold.

If you dream of escaping to Dubai, give us a call, and we’ll help design the perfect break for you.

RAMADAN FOR ALL

Lasting a little over four weeks, the holy month of Ramadan occurs at a different time each year. In 2024, it runs from the 11th of March to the 9th of April. Ramadan sees practising Muslims fasting during daylight hours, with feasts held before dawn and after dusk. Far from being a period for non-Muslim visitors to avoid, Ramadan in Dubai is an inclusive occasion, and many hotels welcome guests to join their daily suhoor and iftar banquets. During Ramadan, food and drink service is limited in public areas, but facilities within hotels and private beaches are largely unaffected. Our Travel Specialists will be happy to discuss any Ramadan trip queries you may have before you travel.

Best time to visit Dubai

A vast array of indoor and outdoor attractions with plenty to do in the cooler hours after dark means any time is best to visit Dubai. If you’re looking for the best months to go to Dubai, however, October to November and February to April are ideal, with daytime temperatures between 25°C and 35°C and warm evenings until late.

Summer, from May to September, can be incredibly hot, with thermometers often climbing over 40°C. This is also when Dubai hotels offer their best deals with complimentary half board, and kids go free offers common across the city. December and January are officially winter, but this just means you might need a jacket after sunset. Dubai also goes big on the festive season, making these months a magical time to escape the UK cold and enjoy an amazing Christmas or New Year break.

Finally, you should always check Ramadan dates when you travel. Most visitor attractions and hotel facilities operate as usual during these times. Still, you will be asked to avoid eating or drinking in public during daylight as local residents observe their fasting.
