Bali Holidays

Easy breezy Bali

With rice fields, volcanoes and plenty of picturesque beaches, this idyllic Indonesian island is teeming with beauty spots. Bali holidays are unforgettable, combining a tropical backdrop, laidback charm, and top-rated hotels. After sunbathing to your heart’s content on one of the many picture-perfect beaches or snorkelling amongst the vivid corals and majestic marine life, head to one of Bali’s chilled-out bars for a refreshing cocktail, beer, or bite to eat. This exotic island is perfect for escaping everyday demands and indulging in well-deserved rest and relaxation.

Partying, dining, surfing or relaxing, Bali’s beaches offer something for everyone. No matter what your ideal beach day looks like, Bali has a spot for you. Tranquil Sanur and Nusa Dua are the perfect base for uninterrupted downtime and many of the properties also offer all-inclusive options, whereas lively Kuta is home to many popular beach bars. If you’re looking for the best of both worlds, look no further than Seminyak, with its soft sands, water sports, and ocean-front bars. And hipster central Canggu Beach is a must-visit during any Bali break.
Looking for a hidden gem? Head to Jimbaran's relaxed cultural surroundings; this coastal resort boasts plenty to do with lots of beaches, shopping, and seafood restaurants.

It’s easy to spend your Bali holiday by the coast, but there are many things to do awaiting further inland. The creative oasis of Ubud is a mosaic of lush rice fields and wild forests interspersed with incense-fused temples and eco-friendly spas. Ubud is also known for its well-preserved culture, from traditional dancing to intricate market stalls selling authentic, handmade crafts. You can also meet some of Bali’s cutest residents at Ubud’s famous Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary or enjoy scenic views from an infinity pool surrounded by greenery. There’s so much to see and do - you’ll be spoilt for choice on Indonesia’s playground isle.

Bali is the perfect destination for combining a few beaches together so have a look at some of our suggested itineraries including a southern Bali Beach & Ubud, Nusa Dua, Sanur & Canggu or why not check out up and coming Jimbaran & Ubud

Only a short hop from Singapore, Bali’s beaches and scenery have caught the world’s attention, and its eco-friendly lodges, mouth-watering cuisine, luxury resorts, and welcoming people contribute to the island’s ever-growing popularity. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, our experts will be able to create the perfect Bali holiday for you. Take a look through our range of Bali holiday packages today.

COMPASSION DAY

Every 210 days, Tumpek Krulut is celebrated across Bali. Known as Compassion Day in English, this sacred festival sees locals express gratitude and show kindness to those less fortunate through charitable actions. An inclusive festival, visitors are encouraged to join in with Tumpek Krulut by making a respectful offering or donation. Of course, this is entirely voluntary, but it can be a wonderful way to feel more connected to the Balinese people during your holiday on their beautiful island.

Things to do in Bali

If you’re looking for a blissfully minimal to-do list, a holiday to Bali is your best bet. Relaxing beach days or exploring Ubud and other treasure-filled villages are bound to be among the highlights of your holiday, but there are so many other places to visit in Bali. If you fancy an insight into the island’s intriguing culture, this Indonesian island is home to more than 20,000 temples! Roughly a 30-minute drive from Nusa Dua, you’ll find the incredible Uluwatu - a Hindu sea temple perched on a clifftop above crashing waves. For the wow factor, we recommend a trip to Pura Lempuyang on the south-eastern side of Bali – where the area’s oldest Hindu temple, also known as the ‘Gateway to Heaven’ sits. And let’s not forget the famous ‘floating lake temple’, Ulun Danu Temple, which resides on Lake Beratan and is an inspiring experience.
