Dubai’s Best Beach Clubs

by Travelbag on 15 February 2016, 14:02PM

Sun, sea, sand and sumptuous dining by day; live music and an energetic party atmosphere by night - Dubai's beach clubs have it all. Here’s our pick of the best in the city:

1. Eden Beach Club | Rixos The Palm, Palm Jumeirah

Best for: Mingling with the in-crowd.
English cricket star Kevin Pietersen is the big-name backer behind The Rixos The Palm's revamped beach club, Eden. Luxury exemplified, each beachside cabana comes with its very own private Jacuzzi. And come nighttime, the venue cements its reputation as the place for the city's affluent to see and be seen, with international DJs taking control of a booming sound system.

2. Jetty Lounge | One&Only Royal Mirage

Best for: A laid-back afternoon
Accessed through the lush gardens of the exclusive One&Only Royal Mirage, Jetty Lounge is elegant and peaceful in equal measure. The spectacular views out over the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah and the stunning Dubai skyline make it the ideal place to watch the sunset with friends.

3. 360 Degress | Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Best for: Brilliant Burj al Arab vistas
360's prime location overlooking the city's ever changing coastline creates a buzzing vibe, where you can chill for hours to the cool house tunes playing until the early morning. For the total Dubai experience, grab a shisha, sink into the oversized sofas and be
soothed by the soft sea breeze.

4. Zero Gravity | Dubai Marina

Best for: Those who want to experience skydiving without taking the plunge
With a beach, garden, lounge and restaurant, there really is something for everyone at Zero Gravity. The venue overlooks the drop zone at SkyDive Dubai, so not only can guests look out over Dubai Marina and the Palm, but they are also treated periodically to the breathtaking sight of skydivers plunging towards the ground next to them.

5. La Baie Lounge | The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Best for: Daytime peace followed by upbeat evenings
A peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of JBR's perennially busy beach and promenade, The Ritz-Carlton's La Baie Lounge is an elegant outdoor venue perfect for a chilled-out dinner. But the place certainly livens up in the evenings – especially on the weekly Wednesday ladies' night.

6. Barasti | Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina

Best for: A buzzing atmosphere and meeting fellow travellers
A Dubai institution, Barasti is the venerable grandfather of the city's lively evening scene. Located in the Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort, the famous venue, which is set over multiple levels and often hosts live music and sports screenings, is the go-to place for a fun-filled day or night, and is a great place to meet fellow travellers.

7. Nasimi Beach | Atlantis the Palm

Best for: An iconic location and big-name musical acts
With the iconic Atlantis The Palm as a backdrop on one side and the captivating Dubai Marina skyline on the other, it's difficult to beat Nasimi Beach in terms of location. Daytime is all about relaxing on one of the plush daybeds, while come sunset, live music from international guest DJs set the mood for the evening.
