Competition Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, except for
employees of Travelbag Limited (the promoter) and any of its subsidiaries or any companies or
agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this competition or their
families.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entry into this competition will be
deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility is assumed
for any lost, delayed, incomplete answers or entries via the postal route.
3. To enter, provide us with the correct answers to the following question: What
colour are New York taxis?
Alternatively send your answers on a postcard to City Specials competition Travelbag Limited Hamlyn House, Highgate Hill, London, N19 5PR. No purchase is necessary to enter. This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to book to travel on a specific rate on a specific date. Availability is more restrictive during peak periods. All taxes, fees and charges must be paid for by the passenger.

3. The prize consist of the following:
- 2 economy class return flight tickets from London to New York JFK
The flight ticket prize excludes spending money airport taxes and surcharges. And is
subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. The prize winner and their companion will be responsible for supplying valid
passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations.
It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, neither are cash
or credit alternatives possible and do not include insurance.
6. Standard Travelbag Limited booking conditions apply.
7. The draw will be conducted on 29 Jan 2009
8. The prizewinner will be drawn at random.
9. The prizewinner will be notified by e-mail on the date of the draw, and are
required to accept their prize by e-mail within 21 days of notification. You can also write into us
at the address at the end of these terms and conditions to find out the identity of the winner. In
the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all
claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. The promoter reserves the right to reallocate any
prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry. The promoter reserves the right to cancel
this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of
its control.
10. The promoter may substitute the prize awarded pursuant to this competition with
prize of equivalent value as it, in its sole discretion, may determine.
11. The promoter will send notification to the prize winner, which will confirm
details of how to book and all flight booking conditions.
12. Travel restrictions apply for high season travel including Easter, Christmas,
New Year and summer holidays.
13. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered
into.
14. The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by
any person as a result of entering or winning this competition occasioned by any failure, however
caused, in the fulfillment of the terms of this competition, except that no term in this
competition will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by
negligence.
15. If the promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes that a person is
deliberately manipulating entries into this competition, the promoter may exclude such person from
this competition.
16. If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize
pursuant to this competition, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the
winner to the Inland Revenue.
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
