The Nova Samui is an intimate and simple hotel with tranquil views of Chaweng Lake. It is terraced up a hill, surrounded by palm trees and a 10-minute walk from the lively Chaweng beach and town. Of the rooms, 60 are simply furnished Superior rooms each with a small private balcony or terrace (some of the rooms only have a shower and no bathtub). There are also 7 Deluxe rooms and 7 Junior Suites which are bigger still and have a terrace. The Hibiscus restaurant serves a range of international and Thai cuisine and the Coconut Bar is open for snacks.
