Day 1: Arrive Los Angeles:
On arrival at Los Angeles Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel to meet with your Tour Director.

Day 2: Los Angeles - San Diego:
Travel south to San Diego for city sightseeing and a free afternoon to explore its beaches and attractions. (BD)

Day 3: San Diego - Phoenix:
Cross the cactus-studded Sonoran Desert en-route to the stylish resort playground of Phoenix, with time to browse its boutiques and art galleries. (B)

Day 4: Phoenix - Sedona - Grand Canyon:
Visit the ancient Native American cliff dwellings at Montezuma's Castle, and the red-rock landscapes of Sedona en-route to the legendary Grand Canyon. (B)

Day 5: Grand Canyon - Bryce Canyon:
Drive the scenic South Rim of the Grand Canyon, and see the shoreline of man-made Lake Powell before reaching Bryce Canyon's stunning sandstone hoodoos. (BD)

Days 6 & 7: Bryce Canyon - Las Vegas:
Travel through the incredible scenery of southern Utah, with a stop in Zion National Park to admire its sculptured canyons and soaring cliffs. Travel on to the neon lights of Las Vegas, with a full day to take in its fabulous shopping, casinos and entertainment. (B)

Day 8: Las Vegas - Mammoth Lakes*:
Cross the Mojave Desert and climb into the Sierra Nevadas for a night in the alpine resort of Mammoth. (B)

Day 9: Mammoth Lakes* - Yosemite:
Drive over scenic Tioga Pass into Yosemite National Park and see some of the famous sights including Yosemite Falls and the rock faces of El Capitan and Half Dome. (BD)

Days 10 & 11: Yosemite - San Francisco:
Enjoy wine-tasting in the Napa or Sonoma Valley and drive over the Golden Gate Bridge to arrive in style for a two-night stay in San Francisco, including a mix of organised sightseeing and free time for independent discovery. (B, plus D on Day 10)

Day 12: San Francisco - Monterey:
Venture south to the Monterey Peninsula to enjoy scenic 17-Mile Drive and the celebrity haunt of Carmel. (B)

Day 13: Monterey - Santa Barbara:
Explore the art collections of Hearst Castle as you travel through the coastal mountains to the Spanish-style resort of Santa Barbara. Farewell dinner this evening. (BD)

Day 14: Santa Barbara - Los Angeles Departure:
Enjoy a brief orientation of Hollywood and Beverly Hills before your tour concludes with a late afternoon arrival at Los Angeles Airport. (B)
