Verde Canyon Rail

Start your day with a fully-narrated tour of the Sonoran Desert heading northwest to the town of Clarkdale. Along the way, you'll visit the historic copper mining town of Jerome with its quaint shops and rich history. Next, you'll arrive at the Verde Canyon Train Depot where you can enjoy lunch (not included) and visit exhibits on the train's history. The 4-hour round-trip train ride journeys through the panoramic Verde River Canyon, only accessible by train.

See colourful desert cliffs and abundant wildlife, that could include bald eagles, coyotes and antelopes, from open-air cars that provide fantastic views. The train trip also features strolling musicians and informative narration.
