Day 1: Wellington - Picton
Take the InterIslander ferry from Wellington across Cook Strait to the South Island of New Zealand, and Picton. Enjoy the mesmerising views of the Marlborough Sounds and its deep channels and secluded bays, including Queen Charlotte Sound.
Accommodation: Overnight: Bay of Many Coves Resort for 2 nights

Day 2: Gourmet Guided Walk, Queen Charlotte Sound Cruise
Begin the day with a cruise through Queen Charlotte Sound to Ship Cove, a scenic and historic reserve and the start of the famous Queen Charlotte Track. Your guide will explain the fascinating marine life of this area, hopefully spotting a dolphin or two. Walk through virgin native forest and discover the native birds and plants on your way to Endeavour Inlet, taking in the beautiful views across Marlborough Sounds. (B)

Day 3: Bay of Many Coves - Blenheim
This morning relax and explore Queen Charlotte Sound at your own pace. Later, visit a Greenshell™ Mussel Farm to learn about growing these delicacies, then taste freshly steamed mussels with a perfectly matched glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Following this, perhaps enjoy a short walk through native bush and take time on a secluded beach (optional). (BD)

Day 4: Marlborough Wine Tour
Be whisked away for a gourmet wine tour of Marlborough. Sample the wines of iconic Cloudy Bay winery, as well as tasting a selection of wines from other excellent wine producers, followed by a tasting of olive oils and hand-made chocolates of Makana. This afternoon you will be transferred to Blenheim Airport where your tour ends on arrival. (B)
