Day 1: Christchurch - Franz Josef
Board the award-winning TranzAlpine Train for a spectacular journey to Greymouth. From here continue by coach along the rugged West Coast and enter the World Heritage-listed area of South West New Zealand. Nestled beside native rainforest, view the magnificent glacier of Franz Josef. (D)

Day 2: Franz Josef – Wanaka
View incredible scenery today as we leave this World Heritage-listed region, travelling through Haast Pass and over the incredible Southern Alps. Continue to Wanaka township originally settled during the goldrush era of last century, and surrounded by Mt Aspiring National Park. Enjoy an overnight stay in this inspiring place of peace and tranquillity. (BD)

Day 3: Wanaka - Queenstown - Dine Around Dinner
Depart Wanaka and journey to delightful Arrowtown and then continue on to the Alpine Resort of Queenstown, situated on the banks of beautiful Lake Wakatipu. Tonight explore Queenstown even further with the freedom of ‘Dine Around Dinner’. You may wish to take a gondola ride to the Skyline Restaurant to enjoy dinner and spectacular views over Queenstown. Day 4: Queenstown, Freedom of Choice Touring

Day 5: Milford Sound, Te Anau
Today follow the Remarkables Mountain Range to Fiordland National Park where lush rainforest meet snow-capped mountains. Wind down the Eglington and Hollyford Valleys, then through the Homer Tunnel to be met by the spectacular Mitre Peak rising sheer from the glassy waters of Milford Sound. Board the Milford Mariner and journey the full length of this beautiful fiord. Later enjoy a relaxing drive to the tranquil settlement of Te Anau. (BD)

Day 6: Te Anau – Dunedin, Freedom of Choice Touring
