Day 1: Calgary – Banff
Pick up your rental vehicle from the airport depot and, then, commence the drive to Banff in Banff National Park, where you will spend the next two nights. (87 miles)
Accommodation: Overnight: Brewster Mountain Lodge or similar

Day 2: Banff National Park
Enjoy a free day to explore Banff and the surrounding area. Perhaps see Bow Falls, take a boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka or travel to the top of Sulphur Mountain by gondola.

Day 3: Banff – Radium Hot Springs
Drive through the Bow Valley today where wildlife is abundant. With an early start you might see grizzly bears, elk or mountain sheep. Head through Kootenay National Park to Radium Hot Springs and bathe in the open-air hot pools. (81 miles)

Day 4: Radium Hot Springs – Lake Louise
Your drive today to Lake Louise takes you north between the Rockies and the Purcell Mountains, allowing opportunities to see Emerald Lake and the stunning Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park. (118 miles)

Day 5: Lake Louise – Jasper
Journey on the famed Icefields Parkway north to Jasper where you will spend the next two nights. Snowcapped mountains, azure blue lakes and evergreen forest line the route. (162 miles)

Day 6: Jasper
Enjoy a free day to discover Jasper National Park. Perhaps take a cruise on Maligne Lake, go horseback riding or visit the glacier of Mount Edith Cavell.

Day 7: Jasper – Calgary
Start early this morning and drive south on your journey back to Calgary. Try and take time to visit Athabasca Falls and the Crowfoot Glacier or maybe even some last-minute shopping in Banff! (258 miles)

Day 8: Calgary Departure
The tour ends today upon returning your vehicle.
