This flexible coach tour through the snow-covered Rockies is designed to offer convenient winter travel whilst maximising your freedom to explore on your own.

Day 1: Depart Vancouver
Leave the city of Vancouver this afternoon on board VIA Rail’s Canadian train, passing the thundering waters of Hell's Gate along the scenic Fraser Valley. Tonight is spent on board the train. (D)
Accommodation: Standard: The Canadian, Upper / Lower Berth, Superior: The Canadian, Bedroom / Roomette
Day 2: VIA Rail to Jasper
Breakfast is served on the train as you watch the stunning scenery unfold before your eyes. On arrival in the resort town of Jasper, a taxi will take you to your hotel for a two-night stay. (B)

Day 3: Jasper
Jasper is set amidst some of the most rugged peaks in the Canadian Rockies. Enjoy a morning tour of the area taking in the impressive narrow gorge at Maligne Canyon, and the stunning Maligne Lake.
Day 4: Jasper – Lake Louise
Head for Lake Louise, the ‘Jewel of the Rockies’ travelling along the beautiful Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic highways in the world.

Days 5 & 6: Lake Louise – Banff
Your morning is free to enjoy the winter wonderland before travelling to Banff for a two-night stay. Upon arrival, take a tour of the area which includes a visit to the historic Whyte Museum. On the following day, admission to the Upper Hot Springs is included, and you're free to explore the rest of the resort's attractions.

Day 7: Banff – Calgary
Browse the shops along Banff Avenue this morning before a scheduled motorcoach transfer to Calgary, and a drop-off at your hotel for your final overnight stay.

Day 8: Depart Calgary:
After check-out, your winter tour comes to an end.
