Outback Air Safari

Explore Australia from a different perspective by taking a bird’s-eye view and joining this amazing air safari. Following an early start you’ll leave Sydney by air and fly over the Blue Mountains. You’ll land at Middlebrook Station, a traditional working Australian sheep and cattle station where the owner, ‘Hendo’, invites you to experience rural life first hand. Enjoy a homemade morning tea before setting out to explore the bush and, later, sit down to a wonderful gourmet barbecue lunch. Taking to the air again, you’ll continue to the Hunter Valley where your next landing allows you to discover this picturesque wine making region and sample some of the finest wines on a tasting tour. Your finale is a twilight scenic flight over the coastline and Sydney harbour. On arrival at the airport you will be transferred to your hotel. Departs Mondays and Thursdays.
