Day 1: Arrive Sydney
You will be met on arrival into the beautiful city of Sydney and enjoy a private transfer to the Park Hyatt Hotel situated on spectacular Sydney Harbour. Offering Australian hospitality with international flair, the Park Hyatt is one of the world’s most distinguished hotels. Settle in before a private cocktail party this evening overlooking the Opera House and harbour.

Day 2: Sydney (Seaplane Flight)
Join a private seaplane from Rose Bay, an exclusive inlet off Sydney Harbour. Fly over Sydney’s stunning coastal waters, northern beaches and the native bush-lined shores before setting down on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. Step ashore for a relaxed three-course gourmet meal at the renowned restaurant at Cottage Point Inn on the banks of Cowan Cove. Day 3: Sydney at Leisure (Opera House Show)
Today, discover the bustling city of Sydney with its excellent shopping and fascinating museums and attractions. Set in The Rocks, amongst a distinctive blend of beauty and historic tradition, the Park Hyatt Hotel is ideally located so you’re not far from anything. This evening, enjoy a magical night at one of Australia’s most famous icons, the Sydney Opera House. After a special pre-theatre dinner, take your reserved seat for a truly memorable show. (BD)

Day 4: Sydney
Join a fascinating walking tour of Sydney, including a ride on the Manly Ferry. Alternatively, spend the day exploring Sydney at your leisure. Ask your tour director to assist with your choice. Perhaps set out on an excursion to one of Sydney’s surrounding regions, discover the Blue Mountains and native wildlife, see the Jervis Bay dolphins and explore the southern highlands or taste some of the famed wines of the Hunter Valley. Day 5: Sydney – Hayman Island
Fly to Hamilton Island today before joining a luxurious cruising vessel to Hayman Island. Sip champagne as you cruise to this idyllic paradise, set amid the crystal waters of the Whitsunday Islands. Renowned for its elegance, service and superior location, Hayman is a unique five-star resort and a member of the prestigious 'The Leading Hotels of the World' organisation. Day 6: Hayman Island at Leisure

Day 8: Great Barrier Reef

Day 10: Daintree Rainforest – Ayers Rock

Day 11: Ayers Rock and The Olgas

Day 12: Ayers Rock – Melbourne
This morning, leave the majestic Red Centre and fly to the cosmopolitan city of Melbourne. Day 13: Melbourne at Leisure
Explore the city at your own pace, admiring its gardens and stunning architecture. Day 14: Yarra Valley
Australia has built a reputation as the producer of many of the world’s great wines. In the picturesque Yarra Valley, enjoy a superb lunch in the rolling, vine-covered hills and savour award-winning local wines, before returning to the city to learn about Australia’s unique native animals, including koalas and kangaroos, at a wildlife sanctuary. Day 15: Depart Melbourne
After breakfast, your tour concludes. A private transfer between the city and the airport is included. (B)
