Day 1: Arrive Hong Kong:
On arrival transfer to your chosen hotel for 2 nights and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 2: Hong Kong Island Tour:
Enjoy a half day tour of this fascinating country starting with the magnificent view from Victoria Peak. Drive through the ex-pat enclave of Repulse Bay before continuing on to the floating market of Aberdeen where life has changed little over the years. Finish the tour with a visit to Stanley Market before returning to your hotel. (B)

Day 3: Hong Kong - Guilin:
On arrival in the small town of Guilin you will be transferred to your chosen hotel for 2 nights. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the town, take a walk by the river or do a little shopping (B)

Day 4: Li River Cruise:
Enjoy a cruise on the majestic Li River with lunch onboard as you pass the imposing limestone karsts that tower above the river. You will have some time at the end of the cruise to walk around the pretty town of Yangshuo before returning to Guilin and Reed Flute Cave at the foot of Guanming Hill to view the impressive limestone formations. Day 5: Guilin - Xian:
Your morning is at leisure before your flight to Xian. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel for 2 nights. In the afternoon visit Xian's impressive city walls and the Bell Tower. (B)

Day 6: Terracotta Warriors & Xian city tour:
Start early morning with a visit to the Terracotta Warriors. After lunch you will tour the atmospheric walled city of Xian, visiting the Great Mosque and the bustling Muslim Quarter to shop for souvenirs. Finish the day with a visit to the peaceful Wild Goose Pagoda. (BL)

Day 7: Beijing - Xian:
Your morning is free to explore before your flight to Beijing. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel. (B)

Day 8: Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven:
A full-day's sightseeing includes the impressive Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and the beautiful Temple of Heaven. After lunch, there will be time for a stop at Silk Alley for some great shopping bargains. (BL)

Day 9: Mutianyu Great Wall & Hutong:
After breakfast, begin today’s touring with a visit to the Badaling section of the famous Great Wall of China. After lunch, tour the old quarters of Beijing, known as the Hutongs, by rickshaw. As China marches progressively through the 21st-Century, this area of Beijing is how generations of Chinese have lived for years and gives a fascinating insight into their culture and way of life. Day 10: Depart Beijing:
Depending on the time of your flight, you may take an optional tour to the beautiful Summer Palace to view the locals who regularly practice Tai Chi in the gardens before your onward flight. (B)
