Motorhome holidays offer the ultimate freedom to explore the great sights of Canada with total independence and allowing you to experience the magnificent scenery and destinations on offer. Relax in the comfort and security of your own "home" and go where you want, for as long as you want. Campgrounds are plentiful and many are of a very high standard, offering swimming pools, restaurants and entertainment. Cruise Canada has locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Whitehorse and also in Anchorage, Alaska.

Drivers Licence / Drivers Age

Drivers must be over 21 years of age and in possession of a valid driver’s licence. It is advisable that the driver, and any additional drivers, have a valid credit card.

Opening Days

Cruise Canada depots are open Monday to Saturday, excluding all Canadian public holidays.

Pick Up And Return

If arriving on international flights it is necessary to spend at least one night in a hotel prior to collecting your vehicle. Pick-ups can be arranged between 1pm and 4pm, and returns between 9am and 11am. Clients are required to phone the depot to arrange a pick-up time. Transfer to depot is not included unless the Early Bird Departure special is booked.

Minimum / Maximum Rentals

7 day minimum & 35 day maximum rental applies to all bookings. Bookings over 35 days are on request.

One Way Fees

One ways are available, fees are variable and our consultants will advise costs at time of booking.

Prices

Cruise Canada operates a flexible pricing system which is designed give you the best rate on the day you book. It works on the simple laws of supply and demand, so if you book early for a quiet date then you will pay less than booking late for a busy date. Our consultants will advise you on the cheapest price; being flexible on the size of motorhome, pickup location or day can make an enormous difference to your holiday cost.

Excluded From Your Hire

The following are excluded but can be pre-purchased

  • Mileage: You can pre-book blocks of 500 miles at approx £167 per block. Alternatively you can pay on a per mile basis at the end of the rental at a cost of $0.32 cents per mile. From Apr-Oct an unlimited mileage plan is available at approx £712 for 21 days, each day thereafter is charged at approx £27.
  • Vehicle provisioning kits which include cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and a kettle.
  • Personal kits which include sleeping bag, pillows, sheets, towels and similar items.

  • Refundable security deposit of $500 (credit card) or $1500 (cash). Excess per occurrence is $1000

Early Bird Departure Special

This pre-paid offer allows guests to arrange an earlier pick-up (9am-midday) and a later drop-off (up to 3pm), and includes return hotel/depot transfers for all members of your party. This Early Bird offer must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
